A delicate thin dark line that is created in the lash line to define the eyes and enhance and darken the lash line. Your artist will create the most natural look for you based on your eye shape and although various styles can be created for each client, most commonly, a lash line enhancement uses a ‘barely there’ dark, “smokey” shadow. Nothing obvious about this service but a provides a beautiful definition to the eyes, giving you an instant eye opening effect. This ultimately defines the eyes and makes your eyes appear more striking with the appearance of fuller lashes.
The lash line enhancement saves you time and rejuvenates the eye area without the noticeable wear of makeup. It is smudge and waterproof and results in a fuller appearance to your lashes.
This technique creates a soft, smokey effect to the lashline and is not meant to replace your eyeliner makeup or provide a heavy makeup effect.

Your artist will apply a thin amount of numbing agent prior to starting your appointment. This will help with any discomfort.
With a firm stretch and hold over the eye and your eyes closed, your artist uses a professional cosmetic tattoo machine and a sterile, disposable needle cartridge to safely and effectively deposit the pigment into the lash line. The entire process takes no longer than 30 mins per eye.
Since the eye area can be more sensitive, your artist will limit the amount of time spent on each eye, working efficiently with precision. 2-3 sessions are needed for desired results. It is important that you work with your artist and stay still while she is working so she can work productively. Most clients report they are very comfortable with minimal discomfort.
1. Your eyelids may feel sensitive and will be slightly swollen after the procedure. Typically, swelling will go down after 24-48 hours. Your artist will provide you with an aftercare regimen. Healing time is approximately 7 days.
2. A cold compress with a barrier may be used to help with swelling and discomfort.
3. Avoid wearing makeup, mascara or any other products around the eyes until the area has healed.
Eyeliner has been a popular service in the cosmetic tattoo industry for over 25 years. The technique and application has been improved and made to suit a more natural effect as opposed to a traditional, heavy tattooed eyeliner effect. The goal is to achieve a natural enhancement that provides definition to the eyes without being too harsh or heavy.
